Enable LDAPS on Windows IIS / Apache

Due to people asking how to get ldaps working from a Windows IIS / Apache Box here is the guide.

For enabling SSL (LDAPS) on OS X please see the other SSL guide.

Hi Dominic,
The pdf file is really interesting. I was trying to the steps but it seems the certificate and key generation step is missing.
Any help would be appreciated...

Follow from add remove programs and add certificates

Just click next and follow the guide...

I need to update this to include screen shots...and better description :cyclopsani:
